Dear Homeowner,

Your Emerald Hills HOA Annual Assessment (Dues) for the July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025 period is $65 and is due on July 1, 2024.  Please complete the form below and mail it along with a check or money order to: Emerald Hills HOA, PO Box 561303, Rockledge, FL 32956-1303.  For those who use “bill pay” we also accept that method from financial institutions.  Please just make sure your property address or lot number is noted on the bill pay transaction.  We do not accept cash, credit cards, or direct transfers to an account.  Payment must be sent to the PO Box.

NOTE:  Payment received after July 31, 2024 must include a late fee assessment of $25.
